The vast land area has different climatic conditions, which also breeds different pepper varieties. Inner Mongolia and Liaoning mainly grow Yidu chili, and Xinjiang mainly grows sweet paprika. The planting area of Chaotian chili in Henan and Shandong is also increasing year by year. Erjingtiao is produced in Sichuan, and Xian chili is grown on a large scale in Shaanxi. The spiciness of various varieties of dried red chili peppers is also different, which can meet the needs of customers.
